Pedreira Cabo da Praia is an easily accessible location on the island of Terceira where a large number of different bird species occur. In autumn, more than 20 different species can be easily observed, many of which are of American origin. Among the birds you can encounter are Silbón Americano, Chorlito Gris, Chorlitejo Semipalmeado, Chorlitejo Grande, Chorlitejo Culirrojo, Archibebe Patigualdo Chico, Correlimos Tridáctilo, Correlimos Culiblanco, Correlimos Canelo, Agujeta Escolopácea and many more.
