Sosnówka Lake is a retention reservoir and a reservoir for drinking water located in the southern part of the Jelenia Góra Valley. The lake is a good place to watch water birds in winter. The proximity of mountains causes birds to cluster together. For example, a flock of 37 Colimbo Ártico and 6 Serreta Mediana were found here. Note that sometimes there are days with few birds.
