A characteristic feature of the Park Krajobrazowy Stawki is the presence of numerous streams, ponds and marshes. In these conditions, alder forests, low hornbeam forests and riparian forests developed. The most valuable forest areas are under protection as the ''Wielki Las nature reserve''. In addition to forests, peat bogs and mid-forest also meadows have developed in the park. Among the birds you can see are 6 species of woodpecker (Pico Picapinos, Pico Menor, Pico Sirio, Pico Mediano, Pito Real and Picamaderos Negro) and also birds like Oropéndola Europea, Bisbita Arbóreo, Carbonero Garrapinos, Herrerillo Capuchino, Carbonero Palustre, Carbonero Montano and Picogordo Común.
