Descripción
The Rietputten is a small marsh-like area filled to the brim with reed. Typical species that breed here are the Ruiseñor Pechiazul, Bigotudo, Aguilucho Lagunero Occidental, Cetia Ruiseñor, Carricerín Común and Escribano Palustre. Because there are so many birds in such a small area, you will almost certainly see the species you are hoping for without having to spend a lot of time there. Especially in the early morning, just after sunrise, you can enjoy the beautiful concert of dozens of stunning birds singing to the best of their ability. The animals aren't very shy either, making it very easy to photograph them nicely.

Accesso
You can easily reach the area by car, there is a parking spot less than five minutes of walking. If you are coming here for the first time, it may be a bit confusing as to how to enter the park, so see the route on the map.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to put the entire route on the map, as there are no trails indicated in this particular area. I have put the way into the area on the map, but once you are in the area you can just explore the area on your own ;-). There isn't a specific route anyway, you can just walk through the area, as long as you follow the trails. You can explore the area only by foot.

Unfortunately, the government has decided to build a tunnel that goes right through the area. The western-most part has therefore been closed.
