The variety of habitats make The Klencke an attractive place for bird watching. You can hear or see birds like Cuco Común, Papamoscas Gris, Papamoscas Cerrojillo, Agateador Europeo, Mosquitero Silbador, Bisbita Arbóreo and Alondra Totovía. At the beginning of spring, the Klencke is a good place to spot woodpeckers. Besides Pito Real and Pico Picapinos there is a chance to see Picamaderos Negro and Pico Mediano.

Nederlands: Natuurgebied de Klencke is Drenthe in het klein. De combinatie van bos, heide en beekdal maakt dit een aantrekkelijke plek om te wandelen en vogels te kijken. Behalve het geluid van de Cuco Común zijn hier vogels als de Papamoscas Gris, Papamoscas Cerrojillo, Agateador Europeo, Mosquitero Silbador, Bisbita Arbóreo en Alondra Totovía te zien en horen. Aan het begin van het voorjaar is de Klencke een goede plek voor het zien van spechten. Naast de Pito Real en Pico Picapinos is hier kans op het zien van Picamaderos Negro en Pico Mediano.
