The Biezelingse Ham is a tidal area and nature reserve in the Western Scheldt. From the dike you can look out over the tidal area and mudflats. During bird migration, many birds make a stopover in this nature reserve, such as the Aguja Colipinta, Chorlito Gris, Correlimos Común, Avoceta Común, Archibebe Común, Archibebe Oscuro, Zarapito Trinador and Tarro Blanco. But also in the rest of the year there are always some interesting birds to observe. At high tide there is often less to see, the best time is at incoming tide. See a link to the tide table below.

Nederlands: De Biezelingse Ham is een buitendijks getijdengebied in de Westerschelde. Vanaf de Zeedijk kijk je uit over dit natuurgebied. Tijdens de vogeltrek maken veel vogels een tussenstop in dit getijdengebied, zoals Aguja Colipinta, Chorlito Gris, Correlimos Común, Avoceta Común, Archibebe Común, Archibebe Oscuro, Zarapito Trinador en Tarro Blanco. Maar ook in de rest van het jaar zijn hier altijd wel vogels te zien. Bij hoog water is er vaak minder te zien, best is opkomend tij. Zie een link naar de getijdentabel onder.

The Biezelingse Ham is located southeast of the towns of Goes and Gravenpolder along the Western Scheldt. The nature reserve itself is not accessible, but you can see it well from the dike. You can park at the intersection of Heer Jansdijk, Dwarsdijk and Oosterzwakedijk. Press P on the map for directions.

Nederlands: De Biezelingse Ham ligt ten zuidoosten van Goes en Gravenpolder langs de Westerschelde. Het natuurgebied zelf is niet toegankelijk, maar kan je goed overzien vanaf de Zeedijk. Parkeren kan op de kruising van de Heer Jansdijk, Dwarsdijk en de Oosterzwakedijk. Druk op P in de kaart voor een routebeschrijving.
