You can find some great species at the Sidi Boughaba lake like the Focha Moruna, Calamón Común, Malvasía Cabeciblanca, Porrón Pardo and rarely the Búho Moro. In winter there can be well over 100 Malvasía Cabeciblanca on the lake.

From Kenitra you drive on the P4266 southwest out of the city. As soon as the road comes to the lake you can turn sharply left to the lake. You can park either at the northwest end or on the eastern side of the lake.
