Descripción
The Nairobi Arboretum, while popular with people, still has a decent selection of birds which can be found on the numerous trails. While the larger paved trails are well used, you can get off them, into some of the narrow forest trails to see some elusive species. These include Rüppell's Robin-Chat, Green-backed Camaroptera, and African Paradise-Flycatcher. There is also a large park-like area, where some more open woodland birds can be found. Get in early before the crowds arrive, and leave before lunch, a day-pass will allow you to come later in the day for some late afternoon birding.
