The Oasis of Cervara is a marsh with numerous springs fed by spring waters that contribute to the river Sile. The reserve is part of the Natura 2000 Network. Oasi Cervara has many species of diurnal and nocturnal birds and is a nesting site of storks. Note: you have to pay a € 7 entrance fee. Among the birds you can see are Cigüeña Blanca, Garceta Grande, Garceta Común, Cormorán Grande, Garza Real, Lechuza Común and Cisne Vulgar.

Italiano: L’Oasi di Cervara è un biotopo di elevato pregio naturalistico all’interno del quale sono presenti numerose polle alimentate da acque di risorgiva che contribuiscono a dare vita al corso del Sile. La riserva è parte della Rete Natura 2000 come Sito di Interesse Comunitario (SIC) e Zona di Protezione Speciale (ZPS) per il rifugio della fauna selvatica e la conservazione della flora spontanea del Sile. Ingresso a pagamento. Presenti molte specie di uccelli diurni e notturni sito di nidificazione delle cicogne.

From Treviso: direction Padua, pass Treviso airport and reach Quinto di Treviso, at the second traffic light turn right towards S.ta Cristina and continue for about 2 km, you will meet the Oasis on the right. From Venice/Mestre: direction Treviso, reach Scorzè, Zero Branco. At the first traffic light of Quinto di Treviso turn left towards S.ta Cristina and as above. From the A28 Venezia-Belluno motorway: exit at Treviso Sud, continue following the signs for Padova until Quinto di Treviso, then right towards S.ta Cristina as above. From Vicenza: direction Treviso, pass Castelfranco Veneto, Vedelago and arrived in the center of Istrana, at the traffic lights, turn right towards Badoere. After the Rotonda di Badoere, at the traffic lights turn left towards Quinto di Treviso and take the S.P 17 for about 3 km, you will meet the Oasis on the left. Near the entrance to the oasis is a car park.

Note: The park is mainly home to animal species that live in the wild. But in the Oasis it is also possible to observe some species that are the subject of the projects, and that cared for in controlled conditions.

Allo stesso tempo, questa riserva non è nemmeno uno zoo: il parco ospita soprattutto specie animali che vivono allo stato selvatico. Nell’Oasi è possibile anche osservare alcune specie che sono oggetto dei nostri progetti, e che accudite in condizioni controllate, consentono al pubblico emozionanti incontri ravvicinati.
