Green circular field during peak migration season in the middle of an extreme desert. Other agricultural fields are nearby for growing onions, pumpkins, potatoes. A good site to witness raptor migration in the spring. Almost all year round there are interesting birds, both migrants and resident: Chotacabras Egipcio, Pharaoh Eagle-Owl, Chorlitejo asiático chico, Alondra Oriental, Desert Lark, Collalba Desértica, Aguilucho Lagunero Occidental, Cogujada Común, Tortolita Rabilarga, Aguilucho pálido, Avefría Espinosa, Camachuelo Desertícola, Alondra Ibis, Alondra Común, Blackstart, Alcaudón Norteño, Collalba Núbica, Collalba Yebélica, Abejero Europeo, Águila calzada, Milano Negro, Lavandera Boyera, Lavandera Blanca and Bisbita Gorgirrojo.

Access is by car. Public transportation is possible, but there is more than two kilometers walk to the field itself. Beare not to get stuck in the sandy parts of the site. Sand dunes are right nearby. Walking from the car is possible. The farmers are used to seeing birders around and will not be fussy. Stick to the gravel roads are you are fine.
