Descripción
The small Rif wetland is located in the area of Melrakkaslétta on the Snaefellsnes peninsula in northwest Iceland. It is a breeding area for many birds and has an ideal location between the coast and the mountains. Among the birds you can encounter are Colimbo Chico, Zampullín Cuellirrojo, Éider común, Falaropo Picofino, Serreta Mediana, Barnacla Carinegra, Cisne Cantor, Charrán ártico, Chorlitejo Grande, Aguja Colinegra, Archibebe Común, Págalo Parásito, Gaviota Groenlandesa and Gavión Hiperbóreo.
