Descripción
At the south of the Mytilini peninsula is Charamida (or Haramida) Marsh. Easy to get to, lots of birds can be found there. In spring it is sometimes difficult to view the pools due to the tall reeds. In autumn the site is dry but still attracts many migrants and Curruca Cabecinegra occurs here year-round. Other birds you van observe in the area include Avión Roquero, Papamoscas Gris, Alcaudón Núbico, Colirrojo Tizón, Tarabilla común, Halcón Peregrino, Morito Común, Cigüeñuela común, Collalba Gris, Porrón Pardo, Cerceta Carretona, Torcecuello Euroasiático, Perdiz chúcar, Zarcero Pálido and Escribano Ceniciento.
