Descripción
Just southwest of Parakila, the Agios Ioannis chapel is located. The chapel lies within a scrubby and rocky gulley, and provides a great breeding habitat for species like Ruiseñor Común, Carbonero Lúgubre, Escribano Ceniciento and, especially, Escribano Cinéreo. This last species can be found on the higher parts of the area.
The ridges above the gulley are good for (sometimes small flocks of) falcons, like Halcón de Eleonora, Cernícalo Primilla and Cernícalo Patirrojo.
