Most of the birds in Stadtpark Leonberg are used to people, so you can usually get close enough for photos. In the park you can find, among others, Ánsar común, Ganso del Nilo, Ánade azulón, Focha Común, Gallineta Común, Pito Real. You can also often see (mostly in the southern part of the park): Milano Real, Milano Negro and Busardo ratonero.
