Descripción
Speicherbecken Tetenbüllspieker is located behind the coastal dike in Tetenbüll. This location means that many seabirds and shorebirds can be observed here. The dike also offers a good opportunity to look out over the salt marshes and mudflats.
Many waders can be observed in the reservoir itself all year round. For example: Correlimos Común, Andarríos Grande, Andarríos Bastardo, Chorlito Gris, Chorlito Dorado Europeo, Avefría Europea, Avoceta Común and Espátula Común.
Many geese and waterfowl can also be spotted here; Ánsar común, Ánsar careto, Silbón Europeo, Ánade rabudo norteño and Ánade azulón. Rarities are also regularly observed here. Correlimos Falcinelo have been observed here almost every year for example.
