Nature reserve Letter Bruch is of great importance as a breeding and foraging habitat for many meadow birds. About 3-5 pairs of Zarapito Real breed here. Also a breeding ground for Avefría Europea and Tarabilla común. Among the other birds you can observe in the area are Codorniz Común, Perdiz Pardilla, Cigüeña Blanca, Aguilucho Lagunero Occidental, Mochuelo Europeo, Alcaudón Dorsirrojo, Ruiseñor Común, Tarabilla Norteña and Lavandera Boyera.
