Descripción
Grube Cox has mixed forest with lakes and ponds. Ánade friso, Porrón Europeo and Cormorán Grande spend the winter on the lakes. Zorzal Charlo can be seen in the poplars on the edges of the lake. In the forest, with a bit of luck, there are Pico Menor , Pico Mediano, Picogordo Común and Camachuelo Común.
In winter Zorzal Alirrojo and Pinzón Real can also be seen. At night you can see Chocha Perdiz, hear Cárabo Común call and very occasionally Búho Real. During migration I saw Águila Pescadora hunt, but it is rare to observe them here. From a herpetological point of view, it is also worth a visit, as you can observe sand lizards, grass snakes and common midwife toad here.
