Vineyards with two pairs of Escribano Montesino (one of the northernmost breeding places), Serín Verdecillo , Pardillo Común and Curruca Zarcerilla. In the rocks above the vineyards is Halcón Peregrino. In the close-by forest are breeding Pico Mediano, Picamaderos Negro, Cuervo Grande, Mosquitero Silbador and Cárabo Común.
During migration, you can see migrating raptors and some other migratory birds. In summer, there are also many raptors like Milano Negro and Abejero Europeo.

There is a nearby train station in Rhöndorf (you can come by regional train from Cologne and Koblenz or by tramway from Bonn). You can park in Rhöndorf or at the restaurant below the vineyards.
