Tourbière de Chastel is a sensitive high-altitude natural area with a wealth of habitats and the opportunity to observe raptors on the surrounding heights. Among the birds you can observe are Milano Real, Culebrera Europea, Alcaudón Norteño, Alcaudón Dorsirrojo, Abejaruco Europeo, Mirlo Capiblanco, Carbonero Garrapinos, Cuervo Grande, Tarabilla Norteña and Tarabilla común.
