Peaceful area at the mouth of the river Sienne with large reed beds. The other different environments in the area are always linked to the sea. Among the birds you can observe in the area are Ruiseñor Pechiazul, Carricero Común, Tarabilla común, Ostrero Euroasiático, Barnacla Carinegra, Águila Pescadora, Cernícalo vulgar, Busardo ratonero, Grajilla Occidental, Lavandera Boyera, Bisbita Pratense, Pardillo Común, Tarro Blanco, Cuco Común, Curruca Zarcera, Corneja Negra, Urraca común, Martín Pescador Común and Archibebe Común.

The mouth of the river Sienne is located south of the town of Agon-Coutainville on the Normandy coast. There are some narrow parking spots. Click on a P in the map for directions. Note that the small car parks on the edge of the bay are submerged during high tides, so be careful where you park during high tides (see a link to the tide table below). The walking route indicated on the map is 8 km one way.
