In Marais Alcalin de Chicheboville-Bellengreville around a hundred species of birds have been recorded. Breeding birds include Martín Pescador Común, Carricerín Común, Escribano Palustre, Aguilucho Lagunero Occidental and Rascón Europeo. As a migratory stopover, Águila Pescadora and Avetoro Común are noted. In the woodlands Pico Menor and Oropéndola Europea are regularly observed.

Français: Marais Alcalin de Chicheboville-Bellengreville couvre une superficie de 154 ha avec en son centre une tourbière alcaline : habitats forestiers, roselière, bas-marais, prairies et étangs. Park in the hamlet of Chicheboville (parking lot of the old town hall) and follow the Tethys path which will take you into the marsh. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking. The walking route indicated on the map is about 4 km.
