Lac du Gouyre was formed with the construction of a dam on the Gouyre, a small tributary of the river Aveyron. The lake is of ecological interest, particularly for the birds of the region. The area has an observatory and marked pedestrian path. Among the birds you can see are Cormorán Grande, Garza Real, Somormujo Lavanco, Zampullín Común, Milano Real and Garceta Grande.
