Descripción
Lac Amance is a large lake where many birds can be seen up close from a nice bird hide. Overlooking wide muddy areas of the lake's banks, surrounded by willows and reeds, you can spot many shorebirds. This place is also the 1st wintering place in France for Cisne Chico, which are coming from Siberia. In winter you can also find divers, many ducks, Serreta Chica, Serreta Grande and Halcón Peregrino. In summer terns, (mainly Charrán Común, sometimes Fumarel Común), and many warblers. In autumn many waders and shorebirds.
Highlight of the year: the autumn migration. When large numbers of Grulla Común (20,000 to 40,000 birds) migrate to the surrounding areas.
