Descripción
Etang David is a place filled with bush birds, especially in springtime: Curruca Capirotada, Ruiseñor Común, Tórtola Europea are easy to find, as well as Martín Pescador Común and Pato Colorado on the pond. Woodpeckers can be found on deciduous trees: Pico Picapinos, Pico Menor, Pito Real, Picamaderos Negro.
The place is also a nesting area for herons: Martinete Común, Garza Real, Garcilla Bueyera can be spotted from the pond side.
Some raptors: Milano Negro, Alcotán Europeo and with chance Milano Real and Culebrera Europea are easy to spot hunting around.
Unusual birds like Pájaro-moscón Europeo are possible during a walk across this picturesque little place.

From St Just St Rambert Follow the direction "Chambles". After the lights, turn right to the signposted road "Etang David", unitl the; car park. The entrance of the site is across the raos along the canal
