Descripción
The Bruksviken area is an important water bird area where many waterfowl nest during the summer. Migrating birds also like to rest here which offers a chance to spot a wide variety of birds in the area. Barnacla canadiense grande, Barnacla Cariblanca, Ánsar común, Cisne Vulgar, Cisne Cantor, Cerceta Común and Garza Real can be seen during migration season and sometimes waders like Aguja Colipinta, Zarapito Real and Archibebe Oscuro stop by too. Garceta Grande and Falaropo Picofino have been sighted here a few times as well. During summer months there are cows grazing among the reeds as part of a program to keep the bay area open for birdlife.
