Natural mangrove island accessed from the Sheraton Miramar Hotel beach at the right end around low tide. In the summer time the tides are especially low. Beach shoes are advisable. Among the birds you can see are Garza Real, Garceta Dimorfa, Chorlitejo Mongol Grande, Águila Pescadora, Zarapito Real, Chorlitejo patinegro, Gaviota Ojiblanca, Pagaza Piquirroja, Garcita Verdosa, Garcilla Cangrejera, Corneja Cenicienta and Collalba Gris.
