The former sand pit Pískovna Dobříň is an interesting site for birdwatching. Sand is not mined here now. The lake complex is interesting especially during migration in spring and autumn. It is also an important regional wintering ground. Birds that can be spotted include Ánsar común, Pato Colorado, Porrón Europeo, Charrán Común, Chorlitejo Chico, Gaviota Reidora, Gaviota del Caspio, Ruiseñor Común, Carricero Tordal, Oropéndola Europea, Aguilucho Lagunero Occidental and Avión Zapador. In winter you can observe Porrón Osculado and Serreta Grande.
