Descripción
This area along the Vltava River is not a very beautiful place, but you can find some interesting birds there and there are many ducks and swans on this part of the river. Pato Mandarín is common. Also common are Porrón Moñudo, Zampullín Común, Cisne Vulgar, Ánade azulón, Gaviota Reidora, Martín Pescador Común, Colirrojo Tizón and Pito Real. In winter Gaviota del Caspio and Cormorán Grande are regulars. If you have a bit of luck, you can also find Ánade friso. In the winter, some rarer ducks like Cuchara Común, Silbón Europeo, Porrón Osculado, Serreta Grande or Pato Colorado can be found there.

This area of the river is located 8 km south from the city center of Prague. Easy to reach from Prague by tram.
