Elenite holiday village is situated in a quiet bay with a large beach on the southern slope of the easternmost Balkan Mountain range. Directly behind the resort the wooded hills start. Migrating birds like Abejaruco Europeo and Cigüeña Blanca can be seen in August. More seldom Abubilla común, Carraca Europea and Picamaderos Negro. Breeding birds in the area are Oropéndola Europea, Escribano Soteño, Pito Real, Ruiseñor Común, Tórtola Europea, Carbonero Lúgubre, Alcaudón Dorsirrojo, Alcaudón Común,Pico Sirio, Vencejo Real and Gaviota Patiamarilla.
