The Munsterbos (Munster forest) is an old fullgrown wood with beeches and oaks. Surrounded by meadows and a large pond. Accesso
The Munsterbos is freely accessible on the hiking trails. Boots or sturdy shoes are needed in wet periods. If you want to come by public transport, you can take the train to the station of Bilzen and then bus 10 (Tongeren-Genk) to the stop Munsterbilzen center.
