Gravière Amay is a wetland of biological interest with a 23 hectare lake over a total area of 44 hectares. The lake has reed beds, gently sloping banks, wooded areas and a walking trail around it. Among the birds you can see are Somormujo Lavanco, Zampullín Común, Andarríos Chico, Escribano Palustre, Carricero Común, Martín Pescador Común, Porrón Europeo, Cuchara Común and Porrón Moñudo.

At the roundabout, near the Ombret bridge, head towards the industrial park. There are parking possibilities along Ponthière Street. The circular trail around the lake is about 2,5 km long and passes an observatory.
