Wetterwinkel Rheindelta is a viewpoint at the harbor in Gaissau which is a great birding-area in winter. Many species of ducks, grebes and swans remain here from November to March. It's for example the best place to see Zampullín Cuellinegro andZampullín Cuellirrojo in winter at the Rhine delta. Also ducks like Porrón Europeo, Porrón Moñudo and Porrón Bastardo are common here in winter.

There is a parking area near the spot (at the beginning of Rheinholz). Click on the P in the map for directions. Bus-stops are more than one kilometer away and the spot is only reachable by foot.
