Descripción
The Schlatzingeraue Natur Park is located in the center of the Maltatal and consists of a small resting area surrounded with wet grasslands and forests next to the river. A small track leads you around the grassland and next to the river, where species such as Lavandera Cascadeña and Mirlo-acuático Europeo can be seen. Small patches of bushes and scattered trees are great for songbirds, like Curruca Capirotada and Agateador Euroasiático and woodpeckers, like Pico Picapinos.
The grassland has several patches with bushes in which species, such as Curruca Zarcerilla, can be found. With a bit of luck, a Alcaudón Dorsirrojo might show up here too! The forests, mainly pine, are great for species such as Herrerillo Capuchino, Carbonero Garrapinos and Reyezuelo Listado. Also, fairly large numbers of Cascanueces Común can be found here too!
