Descripción
Miaboolya Beach is an interesting site with sandy beaches backed by mangroves. The site offers a selection of migratory shorebirds in summer and sea, water and bush birds all year round.
The route shown on the map is just a suggestion, as apart from four wheel drive tracks, there are no footpads or paths; birders should simply 'prospect' the area. For a better appreciation of the scope of this place use 'satellite view' on the map.
