Parc Louis Bourget has a great mix of all the common water birds you'd expect in Lac Léman and in the Swiss woods. Uncommon species sighted here include the Φοινικόσιηνα, the Σκουφοβουτηχτάρι, and the Κηποτσιροβάκος. It's also the nesting spot for a Σταχτοτσικνιάς, and (Κοινή) Σταχτάρα tend to amass in the area.
