Description
The stream Silletorpsån runs through the village of Rödeby. The area is mixed forest with alder trees standing in a very moist environment at the bottom of the valley. A hiking trail goes upstream. In the winter it is a good spot to find (Ευρωπαϊκός) Νεροκότσυφας and other birds gather along the, often, still unfrozen, stream such as Αιγίθαλος, (Κοινός) Πύρρουλας, Χρυσοβασιλίσκος and a good variety of tits.

Access
If going by public transport take bus nr 4 to Rödeby Centrum and walk 300 meters.
If going by car, drive to Rödeby on road 28, follow Rödebyvägen to the center ot the village, take right on Stationsvägen and, after the bridge, park next to the abandoned skislope.
