The Källstorp area has a varied bird life which includes (Ευρωπαϊκή) Σαρσέλα, Καλαμόκιρκος and (Κοινή) Ροδόσπιζα. The (Ευρωπαϊκός) Θαλασσαετός is now seen frequently in the area.

Access
There are two points of access since the area is split in two parts. The best one is the western access. By foot you can take the stairs down to the ponds, which is a shortcut. By bike, you can reach the bird tower and the bird hide easily by the dirt road where you can see the Οχθοχελίδονο mud wall. The eastern access is further from the road, passing by a farm and leading to a smaller pond. Depending on the season and the level of water, it could be interesting to have a look. The area is frequented by a big amount of Canada Goose. Joined by migrant geese in late summer. As in others parts of the coast, you can see waders such asΜαχητής, Πρασινοσκέλης, Κοκκινοσκέλης, Ακτίτης and Λασποσκαλίδρα . Raptors like Ψαραετός, Καλαμόκιρκος, Χειμωνόκιρκος. The fields surrounding the ponds are also interesting for passerines.
