Bridge over the river Ibaizabal in Bilbao. On the sides of the bridge and along the banks of the river you can see different birds depending on the season.
Puente de la Peña is a bridge over the river Ibaizabal close the city center of Bilbao. It is an urban area that is nice for a pleasant walk and easy to reach by public transport. Among the birds you can observe are (Ευρωπαϊκή) Αλκυόνη, Ασημόγλαρος της Μεσογείου, Καστανοκέφαλος Γλάρος, Σταχτοτσικνιάς, (Ευρωπαϊκός) Κορμοράνος, Πρασινοκέφαλη Πάπια, Σταχτοσουσουράδα and sometimes rarities such as Ring-billed Gull or Ισλανδόγλαρος.
