Description
The dry and open area around the windfarm of Raposeira offer the opportunity to see the migrating birds from far. Every year there are a big number of species such as Τσίφτης, Φιδαετός, Γερακαετός and vultures like the Ασπροπάρης. Resident birds that can be observed in the area include (Ευρωπαϊκή) Κιστικόλη, Iberian Magpie and Μαυρολαίμης.

Access
Raposeira is located in the southwestern tip of Portugal near the town of Vila do Bispo. You can get here easy from Vila do Bispo but the roads are not the best. You can park close the Parque Eolico next to the windmills. From there you can explore the area on foot. Press P in the map for directions.
