Parque da Cidade de Guimarães is a city park with an interesting diversity of birds. You can often find birds like (Ευρωπαϊκή) Κουκουβάγια and Πράσινος Δρυοκολάπτης. With a bit of luck it is possible to see Χουχουριστής. In recent years a resident population of (Κοινή) Τσίχλα has been established.
