From the village of Bemposta you can make a 3 km circular walk to the old mill Moinho do Catadouro. You walk between agricultural plots, open fields and pieces of forest. Among the birds you can encounter along the way are Πράσινος Δρυοκολάπτης, Δεντροτσοπανάκος, Νανοδρυοκολάπτης, (Ευρασιατική) Δεκαοχτούρα, Σκαρθάκι, Μαυροψάρονο, Λιβαδοκελάδα, (Κοινή) Καρδερίνα, (Κοινό) Φανέτο, (Κοινός) Σπίνος, Δεντροφυλλοσκόπος and (Κοινή) Τσίχλα.
