Szczodrzykowo Reservoir is located 18 km south-east of the regional capital Poznań near the village of Szczodrzykowo. Surrounded by agriculture the reservoir is an oasis for birds. Among the birds you can see here are (Ευρασιατικός) Ήταυρος, Καλαμόκιρκος, (Ευρωπαϊκός) Γερανός, Τσιφτάς, Μαχητής, (Ευρωπαϊκή) Σαρσέλα, Σκορταλλός, Ποταμογλάρονο and different species of ducks, geese and grebes.
