Brzostowo is absolutely the best birdwatching spot in Biebrza National park, with the overview of parks meadows you can easily observe (Ευρωπαϊκή) Καλημάνα, Μαχητής, (Ευρωπαϊκή) Λιμόζα, Κοκκινοσκέλης and Λασπότρυγγας. Big concentrations of all kinds of ducks like (Ευρωπαϊκό) Σφυριχτάρι, Ψαλίδα (του Βορά), (Ευρωπαϊκή) Σαρσέλα, Καπακλής, (Ευρωπαϊκό) Κιρκίρι, swans (early spring) Νανόκυκνος, Αγριόκυκνος and geese Ασπρομέτωπη Χήνα, Tundra Bean Goose, Σταχτόχηνα and other more rare geese. During the spring season all Polish terns are present at the spot. (Ευρωπαϊκός) Θαλασσαετός patrol the area every day.
