Description
The entire coastline in Nord-Troms is attractive for birdwatching. For example, the coast of the island of Kågen. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, so it is easily accessible. Along this coast you can see many beautiful birds in spring. On a clear day with little wind you can continuously enjoy large groups of (Κοινή) Πουπουλόπαπια here on the coast. Here and there a King Eider, Βαρβάρα, and Χιονόπαπια. In addition you can observe birds like Common Guillemot, Black Guillemot, Θαλασσοπρίστης and regularly (Ευρωπαϊκός) Θαλασσαετός.
