Description
The Bezinkplas is mainly used as a dog walking area, but also offers great opportunities for birdwatching. It is a nice place here in winter for (Κοκκινόλαιμο) Νανοβουτηχτάρι, Νανοπρίστης, Χηνοπρίστης and other duck species. The most beautiful area is when you continue to the Kooikil, this is a very beautiful alternating piece of reed marsh. From the lookout hill you have a good chance of seeing species such as (Ευρασιατικός) Ήταυρος and (Ευρωπαϊκή) Νεροκοτσέλα.

Nederlands: De Bezinkplas en de Kooikil zijn de meest oostelijke delen van de Nieuwe Dordtse Biesbosch, met name de Bezinkplas wordt vooral gebruikt als hondenuitlaatgebied maar biedt ook mooie kansen om te vogelen. Het is hier in winter een mooie plek voor (Κοκκινόλαιμο) Νανοβουτηχτάρι, Νανοπρίστης, Χηνοπρίστης en andere eendensoorten. Het mooiste gebiedje komt als je doorloopt naar de Kooikil, dit is een erg mooi afwisseld stukje rietmoeras, vanaf de uitkijkheuvel maak je grote kans om soorten als (Ευρασιατικός) Ήταυρος en (Ευρωπαϊκή) Νεροκοτσέλα te zien.
