With al the old beeches in this part of the forest this is definitely the best place to find Μεσαίος Δρυοκολάπτης andΜαύρος Δρυοκολάπτης. The Beekhuizensebeek is also home to Σταχτοσουσουράδα and sometimes (Ευρωπαϊκή) Αλκυόνη is around in the area. The pine forest on the edges will definitely be good for Λοφιοπαπαδίτσα, Πυροβασιλίσκος and Ελατοπαπαδίτσα. During the walk keep your eyes and ears open for Διπλοσάϊνο, (Κοινός) Πύρρουλας, (Ευρωπαϊκός) Κοκκοθραύστης, Καστανοπαπαδίτσα and so on!
