Description

Biotopo di Fontanazzo with its 50 hectares area is located in Bassa Valsugana, near the village of Selva di Grigno. Where meadows, fields, various rivers, parts of alluvial forests consisting of alder and ash trees and parts of riverine forests alternate. The area is very easy to access and good for birding. Among the birds you can encounter are Σταχτοτσικνιάς, Αργυροτσικνιάς, (Κοινός) Λευκοτσικνιάς, (Ευρωπαϊκός) Σφηκιάρης, Χρυσαετός, (Κοινός) Κόρακας and Ανθρωποπούλλι.

Follow the old Valsugana state road until you park in Selva di Grigno near the sign indicating the reserve.
