Description
A good place for birds of agricultural areas. We stayed here in early may 2019 and daily the bird species changed, depending on weather and migration. (Ξανθός) Κρυπτοτσικνιάς can easily be found on the beach or along ditches. Some fields were wet and attrackted waders. Other fields were good for different races of Κιτρινοσουσουράδα, Τσαλαπετεινός and Κοκκινοκεφαλάς. Check the castle for birds of shrublands like Ασπροκωλίνα.
