In Réserve Naturelle du Delta de la Dranse most of the birds of Lake Geneva can be found. Several species of ducks, grebes and heron.
Located between Thonon and Publier, the Dranse Delta Nature Reserve is one of the last natural areas on the shores of Lake Geneva. It includes the shores of Lake Geneva, the delta of the river Dranse, a bit of wetland and woods and a small lake used for migration or nesting. The small lake has wooden hides on the shores to not disturb the animals.
