Description
On Lake Tribalj you can see a lot of water birds. For example (Ευρωπαϊκή) Αλκυόνη, (Βουβός) Κύκνος, Ασημόγλαρος της Μεσογείου and several species of ducks, grebes and herons. The site is also good for raptors like (Κοινή) Γερακίνα, (Κοινό) Ξεφτέρι and Καλαμόκιρκος. You can also observe Λευκοσουσουράδα, Καρβουνιάρης, (Ευρωπαϊκός) Κοκκοθραύστης, Πράσινος Δρυοκολάπτης and Πευκοδρυοκολάπτης and if you are lucky (Κοινός) Μπούφος.

Access
Lake Tribalj is located just north of the village of Tribalj. Access to the lake is really easy as a road passes near the lake and you can park almost at the spot for birding. Click on the P in the map for directions.
